If yours is not here, ask the chat. It knows the buildings and can book a tour or raise a request on the spot.
Renting
Finding and applying for a home
How do I book a tour?
Open any home on this site and choose Book a tour, or ask the chat. You pick the day and time from what is actually open, and the confirmation arrives by email.
What do I need to apply?
Photo ID, proof of income and references from your current landlord if you have one. The leasing team walks you through the rest and tells you exactly what applies to the home you want.
How fast will I hear back on an application?
Most applications are answered within a couple of business days. If we need anything else from you we ask right away rather than letting it sit.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the building. Each building page lists its pet policy, and the chat can check for a specific home.
Is there a broker fee?
You are dealing directly with the management company. Ask the leasing team about the fees for the specific home, and they will lay them out before you apply.
Living here
Once you have the keys
How do I report a repair?
Call or text the resident line. Urgent issues such as no heat, no water or a leak are handled any hour of the day.
When is rent due and how do I pay?
Rent is due on the first of the month. The team sets you up with your payment options at move-in, including autopay.
How do renewals work?
You hear from us well before your lease ends with the renewal terms. If you plan to move out, let the team know in writing by the notice date in your lease.
Where do packages go?
Doorman buildings receive packages at the front desk. Other buildings have a package room or lockers. Your move-in guide covers your building.
Can I have guests stay over?
Yes. Longer stays and anyone moving in need to be added to the lease, so call or text the team first.

How do I see how my building is doing?
